Flowcus currently supports OmniFocus (Pro edition) and Apple Reminders. You can visualize tasks from both applications together on a single board. We are actively working on adding support for additional popular task managers in future updates.
Getting started with Flowcus is simple. After installing the app, launch it and follow the onboarding guide. Flowcus will automatically detect compatible task managers and prompt you to grant the necessary permissions.
The Eisenhower matrix helps you categorize tasks by importance and urgency into four quadrants. Once you've prioritized your tasks using this strategic framework, you can filter your Kanban board to show only tasks from specific quadrants, helping you focus on what matters most.
Yes, Flowcus requires OmniFocus Pro in order to fetch and update task information using AppleScript.
Yes! Flowcus will be licensed for use on all your Macs. Your preferences and custom perspectives will not sync automatically between devices however, but we're working on adding this feature in a future update.
Right click on the task and choose "Block" from the context menu. You'll be prompted to provide a reason for the block. Blocked items are visually highlighted on the board.
Click on ... in the column header and then choose the maximum number of items allowed for that column.
