Every Flowcus release, from the latest all the way back to the first beta.
Blueprint can now spread one task across several time blocks, showing scheduled-vs-estimated progress (e.g. 30/90m) so big tasks can be split over the day — and planned dates in OmniFocus turn into blocks automatically, staying in sync in both directions. Links in task notes are clickable too, including app links like obsidian://, with a chip on the card to open them in one click. Projects Health gains a project inspector and an "Open in Board" shortcut, and the Task Inspector is now a double-click away. Flowcus also starts sending anonymous usage data to help shape what's next — opt out any time in Settings.
New
Links in task notes — including app links like obsidian:// — are now clickable, and any card with a link in its note shows a chip that opens it in one click.
New
Blueprint can now schedule the same task across several time blocks, with the task list showing scheduled-vs-estimated progress (e.g. 30/90m) so you can split a big task over the day.
New
Tasks given a planned date in OmniFocus now appear in Blueprint automatically, sized to their estimated duration — and the block moves with them whenever you change the planned time in OmniFocus.
New
Dragging a task into Blueprint creates a block matching its estimated duration, and resizing or adding blocks writes the new total back to the task's duration in OmniFocus.
New
Click any project in the Projects health list to open a project inspector, showing its status, open and done counts, completion, last activity, note and tags — with a jump straight to OmniFocus.
New
Right-click a project and choose "Open in Board" to jump to the board filtered to just that project's tasks.
Improved
Double-click a task card — or select it and press Enter — to open the Task Inspector. The compact/expanded card toggle now lives in the card's right-click menu.
Fixed
Projects deferred to a future date now show as on hold rather than active, and are no longer flagged as zombies.
Fixed
Filter sidebar counts now reflect the active Lens instead of counting every task on the board.
Note
To help shape what gets built next, Flowcus now sends a small amount of anonymous usage data about which parts of the app get used — never your projects, tasks or personal data. Opt out at any time in Settings.
Filter your board by project with a new folder-grouped picker in the sidebar (toggle with ⇧⌘J), and take your filters further: everything you set on the board now narrows the Aging view too. Option-click any due, tag or project row to select all the others in one gesture, and drag the divider between the tag and project lists to share the space how you like.
New
Filter your board by project — a new folder-grouped picker in the sidebar with search and selectable folders, available with ⇧⌘J, from the View menu, or from the command palette, and applied to both the board and Blueprint.
New
The command palette fuzzy matches project names, so you can jump to the project you want with just a few characters.
New
The filters you set on the board — search, project, tag, due, flagged and more — now also apply to the Aging view.
New
Option-click any due, tag or project filter to instantly select all the others — a one-gesture way to hide just that one.
Improved
The filter sidebars are now ordered Due, Tag, Project, with a draggable divider so the tag and project lists share the available height however suits you — your chosen split is remembered.
Combine your filters your way with a new "Match" toggle in the toolbar — switch to "Any" to see everything that's due, flagged or planned, rather than only the tasks matching all three. Your board's filters now follow you into Blueprint too, so flag, due, planned and tag selections narrow the Blueprint task list just as they narrow the board.
New
A new "Match" toggle in the toolbar lets you choose how the due, flagged and planned filters combine — pick "Any" to see every task that's due or flagged or planned, or stay on "All" to see only the tasks matching all of them. It appears whenever two or more of these filters are active, and your choice is remembered.
New
The board's filters now work in Blueprint — flag, due, planned and tag selections narrow the Blueprint task list just like they filter the board.
Improved
The due-date and tag filter panels can now be opened while you're planning your day in Blueprint.
Save named views of your board — like "Work" and "Personal" — that control which tasks appear based on the groupings and labels from your task manager, then switch between them from the toolbar, the command palette, or with ⌘⇧L. A new Manage Lenses window lets you create, rename, duplicate, reorder, and delete Lenses, and you can capture your current view as a Lens in one step. A built-in "All" Lens always shows everything, and an empty board now tells you exactly why it's empty.
New
Lenses — save named views of your board (like "Work" and "Personal") that control which tasks appear based on the groupings and labels from your task manager. Switch between them from the toolbar, the command palette, or with ⌘⇧L.
New
A new Manage Lenses window lets you create, rename, duplicate, reorder, and delete Lenses.
New
Create a Lens from your current view in one step — it captures your active tag filters, names the new Lens after them, and drops you straight into renaming it. Available from the command palette and the Manage Lenses window.
New
A built-in "All" Lens always shows everything — including folders and tags you add later — and is protected against being accidentally narrowed or deleted. Duplicate it when you want a custom starting point.
Improved
An empty board now explains why it's empty — whether a Lens is scoping everything out or other active filters are hiding every task.
A couple of fixes to keep your board tidy and your metrics honest: deleted swimlanes now stay deleted, and the WIP Over Time chart tracks tasks accurately across the full date range instead of starting with an inflated value.
Fixed
Deleting a swimlane now works properly — previously a removed swimlane would silently come back the next time you opened the app.
Fixed
The WIP Over Time chart no longer starts with an inflated value — it now accurately tracks tasks entering and leaving WIP across the full date range.
Zero in on what needs attention with three new due-date filters — Overdue, Due today, and Due soon — from a dedicated filter panel (toggle with ⌘⇧U).
New
Filter your board by due date with three new multi-select filters — Overdue, Due today, and Due soon — from a dedicated filter panel and a toolbar badge showing how many are active.
New
Set your own "due soon" window in Settings (1 to 14 days, default 3), so "Due soon" means whatever's right for you.
New
Toggle the due-date filter instantly with ⌘⇧U or from the View menu.
New
Your due-date and tag filter selections are now remembered between app restarts via the "Remember filters" setting.
Updates no longer interrupt you at launch — an "Update Available" badge now waits in the app until you're ready to install. Setup is smoother too, with step-by-step guidance for granting Full Disk Access when OmniFocus data can't be read. Plus column and swimlane names display exactly as typed, and several fixes for stuck tasks and clearer error messages.

Fixed
Tasks no longer stay stuck in a column after changing tags to one no routing rule matches.
Fixed
When a project's stats fail to load, Flowcus now shows the actual reason instead of a generic error.
Much faster startup for OmniFocus users — cold-start now loads via direct data access, dramatically cutting fetch times. Plus two new beta views for spotting projects that need attention: a Projects health view that surfaces stalled and neglected (zombie) projects, and a Project matrix that plots every project by progress and age.
Improved
Much faster startup for OmniFocus users — cold-start now loads through direct data access, drastically cutting fetch times so your board is ready almost immediately.
New
Projects health view (beta) gives you an at-a-glance read on the state of your OmniFocus projects, highlighting stalled projects with no open tasks and neglected (zombie) projects, with filters to zero in on the ones that need attention.
New

Improved
The About box has been refreshed to show the current version and build alongside quick links to support.
Note
The Projects health view and Project matrix are still in beta — if anything's unclear, a signal feels off, or there's extra information you'd like to see, email feedback@getflowcus.app or share an idea on the public roadmap.
Plan your day faster in Blueprint and stop creating blocks by accident: double-click an empty slot to drop in a 30-minute block, copy and paste with ⌘C/⌘V, and Option-drag to duplicate. Overlapping blocks now sit side-by-side as columns, and you can shunt a block (or the whole day) to today from the context menu or toolbar. Also includes a new Take Part in Research option and fixes for moving tasks between projects on OmniFocus 4.
New
